I created this post at the beginning of the pandemic and have made adjustments as things changed in our world. Angela’s Bakery is dedicated to serving your baking needs at all times. Even through a pandemic, we were able to continue to serve customers due to our policies and existing business design. I hope to be able to continue to do so through any callenges that come our direction.

Class B Cottage Food License

Angela’s Bakery is starting our 11th year in business. With a recent annual inspection from Plumas County Environmental Health and a freshly updated Cottage Food Class B License, we are ready for your business! The Class B license allows me to sell to a third party vendor who will resell my products. If you own a restaurant, coffee shop etc. I would love to have my bakery items in your shop!

NOT a Retail Location

We are NOT a retail location. My business runs out of my home kitchen offering shipping, delivery and curbside pick-up. We have recently added the option of shipping to US residents only. Please contact the bakery for more information about our shipping process and items that can be shipped.

Ordering

Our customers may place orders using our website Contact page, calling or texting, or even FaceBook messenger through our page. Please allow 48 hours for a reply and 2 weeks for large order creations. We do accommodate last minute requests if possible and charge a rush order fee. For your convenience, we will email you an invoice to confirm your order. Each invoice will have a payment link on it for you to pay online. Payment is required BEFORE we bake your order.

Cleaning

We, diligently follow the cleaning and sanitizing practices required by our local Environmental Health Agency and California State laws. Thank you for trusting us with your order.

Packaging

When needed, I offer individual packaging for your cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and cookies let me know when placing your order. Otherwise all items will leave our kitchen in a food safe bakery box or be delivered to your event covered and protected on trays or in boxes.

Remembering

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who were affected by the pandemic and we are greatful to be moving forward. We appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who were on the front lines. May we always remember, never forget and pray for a better world for our children.
